She has taken EIGHT MONTHS to take the bottom off of my laptop to "change hard drives". I was given her name highly recommended by a friend and let me say, not worth the hassle. I've had to call her from four different phone numbers to get her to answer her phone. She won't answer or return my phone calls. It took calling her out in the local Facebook group and threatening to have a sheriff escort at her doorstep to get her to respond. A few people claim that she's had their laptop over four years, then called one day and said she couldn't fix it so she got rid of it, AFTER CHARGING THEM A DEPOSIT FEE that was never refunded. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN.
